This beautiful 2 bedroom villa is situated in the award winning resort of Ciudad Quesada overlooking the golf course fairways & just a couple of minutes walk to the golf club house.

Facilities

The villa is situated in a pretty & quiet cul-de-sac, yet is only minutes walk away from a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarket & a bank. There are many other resturants, bars, shops, a pharmacy & medical centre in the resort.

Attractions

The main attraction is the La Marquesa 18 hole golf course and for the children there is a 7 acre aqua park.

Surrounding Area

Nearby there are 4 further golf courses to enjoy and 200 miles of sandy beaches and dunes to explore near the coastal town of Guadamar del Segura.

Our agents Ken & Ellanda live within walking distance of the villa and will be there to personally meet & greet you. They will be able to show you how all the appliances work and answer any questions. They will also be on hand should you encounter any problems during your stay.

Late Arrivals

The supermarket is on your door step for any provisions you may need. However, for guests that are either arriving late or on a Sunday we will provided complimentary tea, coffee, milk, sugar & bottled water for your first 24 hour stay. Any additional items required can be arranged.

Sleeping Spaces - The villa has 1 double bed, 2 single beds, a bed settee and 1 fold out bed suitable for a small adult or child. Although there are 7 sleeping spaces, for the comfort of our guests we only consider the villa to be comfortable for either 3/4 adults & 3/2 children. We have put in the additional sleeping spaces should a group of golfers not wish to share a double bed, or if guests have either friends or family in the area who may want to stay over for a night. The villa is not suitable for 7 guests on a weekly basis.
