Details
Rental Prices
For 4 adult guests per week.
Extra adult guests £5 per night.
Free for children aged 12 and under.
Discounts
For short breaks and bookings 15 nights plus.
The price is fully inclusive of all utilities
and cleaning costs for weekly bookings.
Bookings 1 to 6 Nights
The nightly cost is pro-rata the weekly cost
but does NOT include Euro 60 cleaning fee,
which will be payable in cash upon your departure.
Long Lets
Are negotiable, please get in touch
to discuss your requirements further.
Arrival and Departure Times
Are flexible depending on any other bookings.
25% Deposit
Is required at the time of booking.
Remainder payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel for any reason, we will
refund you for everyday that we are able to re-let it.
We do not charge any admin fees.
